Benny is a martial artist, Author, teacher, actor, stuntman and more.
He was born in Los Angeles, CA. The son of a wrestling mother and a boxing father.
He started his martial arts journey at a very young age and was competing in “pee wee” boxing at age 5.
He has appeared in numerous movies and tv series like: Meals on Wheels, Road House, Diggstown, Grosse Pointe Blank, Chicago Hope, Alias, Criminal Minds and many more.
He started competing in Point martial arts tournaments in 1964 after witnessing Bruce Lee’s now
famous demonstration at the Internationals in Long Beach.
He retired from kickboxing with an amazing record of 62 wins (57 by knockout), he came out of
retirement at the age of 42 to bring that record to 63 wins.
He is in the W.K.L. Hall of Fame, The Black Belt Hall of fame with numerous other awards and
recognitions.
His Autobiography, The Jet, written with Tom Bleecker is one of my favorite books.
