Lynnette was born in Illinois but grew up in Detroit. As a child she mainly played basketball
and was the captain of her team and was named all city and all state. She planned on playing
basketball in the olympics, but her knees disagreed…
After High School she got involved in Tae Kwon Do and in 1988 won a GOLD MEDAL in Seoul, Korea
She was an olympian again in 1992 and took home the bronze.

WMAC Masters.
She currently teaches at Andrew Airforce Base and Bolling Airforce Base as well as some
county rec programs.
In her free time she loves to travel with family and friends and play golf.
