Marshall is retired US Navy and a former deputy sheriff in Memphis, TN. He is a motivational
speaker and a Singer/songwriter.
He has appeared in over 130 film and tv projects.
He was in blockbuster movies The Rock and Armageddon, and appeared in hit TV series like
Friday Night Lights, Babylon 5 and some of my favorites like Knight Rider, Macgyver, Sliders,
Pacific Blue, Criminal Minds and so many more..
And fans of the podcast may even remember his role as a karate instructor in the hit comedy series
Mama’s Family… But you will definitely remember his recurring roles on Walker Texas Ranger, His role
in the movie Guardian Angel with friend of the podcast Cynthia Rothrock.
and of course one of his most well known roles as Jimmy in the classic movie Road House which features
the ICONIC fight scene with Patrick Swayze.
He has studied multiple martial arts and was also a NATO Kickboxing champion.
